WorkFlowYoga will work, get it..with any organization on meeting their on-site yoga needs with their budget. For example, below are three common scenarios of pricing we have used with organizations.  However, we are always willing to work it out and often offer donation based yoga to get the ball rolling.

Scenario One:
Organization pays for the yoga classes out of their Wellness Budget.  If the corporation will commit the space and commit to at least three yoga classes a week for the duration of three months, WorkFlowYoga will offer each class to the organization for $150 regardless of how many students attend.  We also will conduct a week long on-site lunch time information sessions to promote the yoga classes and deliver personalized marketing material for the organization to use. This will include, posters, direct marketing cards, email blasts and promotions on the employee intranet if applicable. This one time cost of the marketing and information sessions is $500.   Tracking return on investment, after three months of classes WorkFlowYoga will deliver a analysis of attendance and feedback( we will send out a online survey to the employees that participated) from the employees to the organization for discussion on fine tuning the future classes.  We will renegotiate the frequency and type of classes offered at this time. Total cost to employees:  $0  Total cost to employer:  $500 +$150 per class.

Scenario Two:
Organizations supply the space and we do the rest. We charge $10 a ‘student’ that attends any class.  We do require that the organization reserve a space that can hold at least 20 students and that we have access to that space at least three times a week.  WorkFlowYoga will keep track of attendance and after the first three months will report back to the organization with attendance rates and employee feedback.  At that time, we can change the pricing structure or not.  This is a great low risk/price entry to getting WorkFlowYoga on-site and determining the level of interest within the organization.  Summary: Total cost to employee: $10 a class,Total cost to employer: $0

Scenario Three:
Scenario Two but will the addition of the we also will conduct a week long on-site lunch time information sessions to promote the yoga classes and deliver personalized marketing material for the organization to use.
